Welcome to the Clear Space

In the Trika tradition, the Clear Space is known as the space between the breaths — the still point between thoughts.
It is not empty.
It is full — with consciousness, life force, clarity, and quiet strength.

In this 4-week online course, you will:

·       Learn simple, powerful meditations you can practise daily

·       Discover how to rest your mind without suppressing it

·       Experience the clear awareness that lives beyond thought

·       Build strength and stability from within — not from control or escape

·       Feel more present with your children, your work, your decisions, your lif

• Start Date: Tuesday, 9th September 2025
• Time: 7:30 – 8:30 pm AEST
• Delivery: Live via Zoom (link shared before first session)
• Duration: 4 weeks (sessions recorded + available for 1 month)
• Private Facebook group access for recordings and community
• No prior meditation experience required

Clear Space Meditation is a four-week in-person course taught online or by invitation to your community if you’re near or in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.

It's beginner-friendly, real-life relevant, and deeply rooted in the Trika tradition. Each session includes guided meditation, breath work, mantra, self-inquiry, and daily life techniques.

Created and taught by Mata Kamaleshwari (Sally Thurley) - artist, mystic, meditation teacher trainer, and author of She-Monk. Known for making deep wisdom accessible, slightly cheeky, and always real.  Operating as the Trika Meditation Centre.
