4. Refund & Commitment Policy

We do not offer refunds, including for change-of-mind, missed sessions, or scheduling conflicts.

Our services are transformational in nature. When you commit to a session, course, or program, you're investing in your own growth. We honour that commitment and ask that you do too.

If something urgent arises, we may, at our discretion, offer you a credit or rescheduling option — please contact us directly to discuss.

5. Store, Products & Services

Some services or digital products may be available for purchase directly through our website. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue any service or product at any time. Availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We strive to display all offerings clearly and accurately, but cannot guarantee that device displays (e.g. colours or images) will be exact representations.
