Refunds & Consumer Guarantees (Australia)

Please review our policy carefully before purchasing:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind, missed appointments, or scheduling conflicts.

If our services — including coaching, mentoring, meditation classes, courses, or digital content — do not meet expectations due to a failure in delivery, quality, or fitness for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This may include re-performance, compensation, or, in some cases, a refund.

Physical products (if applicable):
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you’ve received prior approval.
Custom commissions, gift cards, and discounted items are not eligible for return unless they breach a consumer guarantee.
Please inspect all physical items on arrival and contact us immediately at connect@goddessculturemovement.com if there is an issue.

Digital products and services:
We do not provide refunds for digital downloads, courses, or online programs unless required under the Australian Consumer Law due to a fault or misrepresentation.
